By accepting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to be performed, you agree to the following:
Estimates
Prices are based on visible conditions. If additional problems or heavier buildup are found, the price may change. We will seek approval before continuing when possible.
Property Access
You must provide safe access to all work areas. Please move vehicles, outdoor items, and secure pets. If access is not available, we may reschedule.
Pre-Existing Issues
We are not responsible for leaks, broken or loose materials, failing sealants, improperly installed components, or any condition that existed before we arrived. Cleaning can expose problems that were already there.
Damage Risk
All roofs and exterior surfaces age and become fragile. By approving service, you acknowledge there is inherent risk when walking on or cleaning these areas. North West Roof & Solar Care LLC is not liable for damage related to age, wear, or poor installation.
Stains & Appearance
Some stains, discoloration, or oxidation may be permanent. We cannot guarantee a “like new” result.
Weather & Safety
We may delay or reschedule service due to weather or unsafe conditions.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late balances may incur fees.
Claims
Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of job completion.
Limit of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
